This 10-month-long project contracted to Diversity Construction Group included structural steel framing and the installation of new foundations and slab. Other aspects involved the installation of new CMU partitions, electrical work (new power panel) and new security equipment, including programming in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Work began in July 2017 and was completed in May 2018.
