U.S. Census – 59 Elm Street

Time was of the essence on this $250,000 office space renovation project in New Haven that Diversity Construction was awarded to help the U.S. General Services Administration compile the 2020 Census.

Work included: selective demolition; new doors and hardware; MEP modifications; new drywall, painting and flooring and other improvements. Construction began in May 2019 and substantial completion was achieved in August 2019.
