Southern Connecticut State University Brownell Hall Pipe Replacement

Diversity Construction Group was contracted for the replacement of two pipe hydronic mains above the first floor ceiling, as well as associated risers to and from the basement mechanical room utilizing Type L copper tubing. DCG also added shut off valves to allow further isolation of piping mains per building wing; installed fire stopping material and removed and replaced the suspended ceiling. In addition they removed and upgraded all lighting fixtures.

Work started Summer 2017 and was completed Summer 2017.
