New Britain Fire Training Facility

Diversity Construction Group paired with Al Rose Construction to deliver a $618,000 training facility for the New Britain Fire Department. DCG’s design build team for this pre-engineered building project included Santo Domingo Engineering from Hartford and Pereira Engineering based in Shelton CT. The purpose of the structure is to replicate actual emergency and fire conditions training for fire fighters and fire officers in controlled environments. Fire Facilities was the building manufacturer of the four-story tower, which was completed in October 2021.
