Enfield Armory Kitchen & Latrine Renovation

Diversity Construction Group took on this complex $1.89 million renovation of Enfield’s busy military base shortly after the successful completion of another military project at nearby Hartford Armory. Interior work required in the occupied facility included selective demolition, plumbing and HVAC, extensive electrical work including new lighting, panelboards, fire alarm system and telecommunications, installation of new kitchen equipment and tiling and other material upgrades. Substantial completion was achieved in April 2021.
