Eastern Connecticut State University – Noble Hall Renovations

Diversity Construction Group is returning to Willimantic for the first time since 2016 with this $1.5 million renovation project at Noble Hall. The focus of the undertaking is the upgrade of every kitchen, lavatory and shower room in the 55-unit dormitory building. The modernization work includes new cabinets and sinks, shower stalls, tile flooring and carpeting, lighting fixtures and other MEP improvements. Construction began in January 2022 with project completion slated for August 2022.
