Health care for seniors is a growing industry and Diversity Construction Group jumped into it in 2022 by landing this $700,000 renovation project at the privately-owned Cassena Care facility.
Exterior work includes installation of a new retaining wall, landscaping improvements and painting. Interior upgrades included new VCT flooring, handrails, lighting fixtures, ceiling tiles, sprinkler heads, painting and bathroom renovations with new tile, sinks, mirrors, toilets and shower fixtures.
Construction began in May 2022 and work was completed in December.
