Fresh delicious lobster is always worth the wait, as was the case for this successful fit out of more than 3,000 SF of retail space transforming a bagel shop into a seafood market and bakery. Highlights of the $370,000 renovation project include the installation of new plumbing, lighting, fire protection, partitions and kitchen equipment – including a large tank for live lobsters. Highlights of the new menu include sushi, crab cakes, salmon burgers and – yes – lobster dinners and hot or cold lobster rolls. Construction began in July 2021 and was completed in November 2021.
