Diversity Construction Group was pleased to team with the City of Norwalk and the Third Taxing District, a local utility company that serves the city. The centerpiece of this endeavor is a NUCOR pre-engineered steel building. The contract work required site demolition, foundation excavation and backfill. Storm drainage, sanitary and water service was also provided. Concrete work included foundation and slab with small mezzanine slab on deck.
Ground breaking took place in the spring of 2019 with substantial completion achieved in early 2020.
