Fats, Oils & Grease Separators (FOG) at Ella T Grasso, Windham Technical, Oliver Wolcott and Bristol Technical High Schools

Diversity Construction Group was contracted to install FOG separators at four different Technical High Schools.  The kitchens required significant underground demolition to create new grease lines separate from the existing sanitary lines.

Work began in June of 2016 and was completed in August of 2016.
