Three Rivers Community College – Tutoring Center

Diversity Construction Group was contracted to oversee the $499,816 expansion of TRCC’s existing first floor Tutoring Center. Work included demolition of existing and new construction of the following: partitions, suspended ceilings, interior finishes and application of spray fireproofing to existing second floor structural steel framing between Tutoring Center and the second floor Library directly above.

MEP work included alterations to the existing HVAC system, fire sprinkler system and electrical systems, including lighting, power, telecommunications data and fire alarm.

DCG received the notice to proceed in April 2017 and the project was substantially completed in August 2017.
