Bathroom Renovations & ADA Upgrades – 410 Capitol Ave

The renovation of eight bathrooms on four floors at the Department of Public Health headquarters in Hartford covered approximately 5,000 square feet.

Diversity Construction Group was awarded this $1.475 million project – which included asbestos abatement, new MEP work, fire protection, new doors and hardware, new tiling and drywall and other related improvements – in August 2019. Construction work began in October 2019 and substantial completion was achieved in April 2020.
